Refund policy

1. Billing

Pro is paid in advance and covers the period selected at the time of purchase. Where a plan renews, this is stated before payment and charged on the same date at the agreed rate until cancelled. Access opened with an invite code does not renew and ends when the period expires. Applicable taxes are charged in addition.

2. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law or granted at our sole discretion.

Where something has gone wrong, contact us and we will work towards a resolution. Requests are reviewed individually and answered.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops any future charge and does not shorten the period already paid for: Pro access continues until that period ends, after which the account returns to the free tier. Unused days are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Saved boards and account data are unaffected by cancellation. Pro-only content becomes inaccessible.

4. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any right available to you under applicable consumer law. Where such a law provides more than this policy, it takes precedence. Note that Pro provides immediate access to the full library, which in some jurisdictions ends a right of withdrawal once access has been used.

Please include the email address on the account and, for a billing question, the date and amount of the charge.
