What we own, what belongs to the applications shown, how rights holders request removal, and our position on copying at scale.

1. Our rights

Appllama is a compiled work. The following are the intellectual property of Antmind Ventures Private Limited:

  • the curation, being the selection of apps and screens included and excluded
  • the structure, being the relationships between apps, screens, flows and UI elements
  • the taxonomy, being our categories, element families, flow types and associated vocabulary
  • the metadata, being our labels, tags, extracted colours, fonts and UI-element readings
  • the revenue data as compiled and presented
  • the software, design and interface of the site
  • the library as a whole, as an organised and compiled body of work

Reproduction of the compilation, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted.

2. Third-party rights

Screenshots and recordings on Appllama depict third-party applications. All copyrights, trademarks, logos, names and designs in that material remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers those rights to us or to you.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the applications shown.

3. Basis of use

This material is captured and presented for reference, commentary, education and analysis, allowing designers and researchers to study how applications are built. Screens are shown as catalogued examples alongside our own annotation and organisation, and are not supplied as assets for reuse.

Nothing in this policy or our terms limits fair dealing rights for research, review, criticism or reporting available under applicable law. Permitted use of the library under a subscription is set out in our terms.

4. Removal requests

If you own an application shown on Appllama and want material removed, contact [email protected] with:

  • your name, the rights holder you represent, and a reply address
  • the application concerned and the specific screens, flows or pages, with links where possible
  • a statement that you believe the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law
  • confirmation that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to make the request
  • your name, which will be treated as your signature

Requests are reviewed and answered. Where a request is well-founded, the material is removed. Where we decline, we will explain why.

Requests may also be sent to our registered office at 210, Devashish Business Park, Satellite, Gujarat, India - 380015.

Submitting a claim in respect of material that is not infringing may carry legal consequences for the person making it.

5. Disputed removals

If material of yours has been removed and you believe you had the right to publish it, contact us with details of what was removed, the basis of your right to publish it, and your contact details.

We will pass this to the party that submitted the complaint. If the matter is not pursued further, the material is normally restored. Where ownership remains genuinely disputed, the material stays down until the parties resolve it or a court determines it.

6. Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly publish material they have no right to publish will be closed. This is assessed case by case rather than by a fixed number of complaints.

7. Copying at scale

The following are prohibited regardless of the method or resources used: scraping, crawling, mirroring, bulk downloading, harvesting data manually or by script, using the library to train, index or benchmark a machine learning model, reverse engineering the service, and circumventing tier limits.

Technical safeguards are in place to detect and prevent this. We do not describe them here.

Accounts and networks engaged in this activity are suspended. Where copying is deliberate or commercial, we will pursue it through legal channels, both in respect of our own rights in the compilation and the rights of the application owners whose work it contains.
